We are about 100 yards South of the corner of Prospect/Lemay. We are about 100 yards North of Lemay/Stuart. We are located on the south side of the Spring Creek Trail and Bridge. Our Driveway entrance is on the West side of the road. You cannot see the clinic from the road. Turn into the driveway on the South side of bridge and west side of road. It is marked with the arrows on here. You will see a red mailbox and office sign. These are at the bottom of the hill. |
